When other plumbers on Checkatrade did not want to know and said ‘can’t see you for 2-3 weeks as busy”, Marc was excellent gave me his time (even thought he was very busy) and came around the next day to see the problem. He was very honest and ordered the part needed and told me his price which was very reasonable. Kept me informed and fitted the new part and serviced my boiler a few days later.
